To me exploring new places and seeing how other people live is truly one of the most exciting things in life. I enjoy all types of traveling but I mostly take multi day bike and camp tours, family destination vacations, and cruises. After most of my trips, but mostly the biking trips, people have many questions. I am going to attempt to partly use this site to document my travels in the hope to inspire others to travel. I will be sure to include directions, information about where I stay, and include pictures of everything along the way.

What is “Precision Photography”? Multiple disciplines within digital photography are considered precision photography. They are characterized by requiring high degree of technical acumen to capture, construct, and/or reliably reproduce an image or digital model based on data. The three areas I specialize in are information visualization, macro photography, aerial drone photography. For macro photography I have the equipment required to stage, capture, and stack finished photographs of subjects that are greater than life size. For drone photography I have equipment for a wide range of uses including digital stills, video streaming, and point cloud creation.

Any type of restricted diet is hard for me. I love food. Unfortunately, Gluten free is the way for me. I have been tested. I do not have Celiac Disease. I am however Gluten intolerant. I have suffered with this since my early 20s but was unaware of the condition until I was in my early 40s. Since I lived with it for so long not knowing what the issue was I have suffered some health effects. I now try to remove Gluten from my diet but have admittedly cheated from time to time. Since I am always looking for good Gluten free foods I thought I would share the recipes I find here so others with this condition can try them.

Fatherhood to me is not only the chance to teach someone young how to navigate life but to share with them the wonderful things I enjoy in this world. A chance to pass on the things I know. The area we live in provides for us a wide range of opportunities to experience new things. My son and I belong to a couple father son organization and it in these groups we, the fathers, get to share the fun things we share with our sons. I realize different families will have different experiences available to them based on where they live but I would like to share the things my son and I do in a effort to get more fathers to spend more time with their children.
